First Pancake: A support system for parentified individuals

The Problem

Parentified children tend to grow up too fast with many adult responsibilities, caring roles and pressure put upon their shoulders. This can shape their careers, relationships and health in the future and I wanted to better understand people's experiences, especially eldest daughters.

User Research

I conducted a short survey aimed at eldest and parentified daughters to better understand their experiences and struggles, receiving 75+ responses within 48 hours.
