Relaunching a luxury skincare website, end to end

Overview
Noble Panacea is a luxury skincare brand built on proprietary Bio-Cellulose Technology. In 2023, the brand relaunched its website to better reflect its premium positioning, support a growing product range, and give customers a smoother way to shop and find the brand in-store.
Challenge
Noble Panacea wanted to update its website to match the quality and sophistication of the brand itself. The existing site no longer reflected the brand's premium identity, made it hard to navigate a growing catalogue, including a new line of facial oils, and lacked a clear, on-brand way for customers to find stockists.
Solution
I led the content mapping for the relaunch, translating the brand's new style guide into fully built-out pages across the site. Alongside this, I designed a custom icon set and a bespoke set of map icons for the store locator, giving the "find a stockist" experience the same level of polish as the rest of the brand.
Working closely with our consultant, Fred, and the Dubai-based CMS team, I helped bring the new site live end-to-end including integrating the brand's new oils range into the product catalogue and page templates.
Results
Noble Panacea launched a site that matched its luxury positioning, a cohesive visual system, a clearer product architecture that could absorb the new oils range, and a store locator experience on par with the rest of the brand.

Content Mapping
Before any page was built, I mapped the full site so the relaunch had a clear, consistent structure to design from rather than being patched together page by page.

Style Guide

Page design
Using the style guide as the foundation, I designed and built out every page on the new site, keeping typography, spacing and imagery consistent with the brand's luxury positioning throughout.

Icon & Store Locator
I designed a custom icon set for the site, along with a bespoke set of map icons for the store locator, small details that made even "find a stockist" feel like part of the same considered brand experience.

What I learned
Relaunching a live site for a luxury brand meant every detail had to hold up to the same standard as the product photography. Working across content, design and a cross-functional team also reinforced how much a strong content map de-risks the build phase later on.
